An Evening with Joyann Parker

Friday, January 23, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST

SNEAK PEEK VIDEO!!

“A singing, songwriting, guitar-playing, self-producing, self-aware powerhouse, but the driving force is unquestionably her voice — a formidable instrument she wields with soul and taste.” (Bliss Bowen/Pasadena Weekly)

“dynamically emotional and goosebumps-inducing voice” – Jon Bream, Star-Tribune

With roots in the church and a solid foundation of musical education, Joyann Parker found her authentic voice later in life and created her own blend of roots music that combines soul, R&B, gospel, jazz and traditional blues styles. Parker has been a steadily rising star on the Midwest music scene and now brings her full range of talent as an accomplished singer, pianist, guitarist and songwriter to national and international stages.

Joyann’s latest album, “Roots” debuted at #10 on the Billboard blues chart. The band is currently in the studio and a new album is expected in fall of 2025.

Joyann Parker is an electrifying and versatile musician whose soulful voice, captivating performances, and impeccable songwriting have taken the music scene by storm. Born and raised in a small Wisconsin town, Joyann’s deep-rooted passion for music began at a young age, drawing inspiration from the blues, gospel, jazz, and rock genres.

With a voice that exudes both power and vulnerability, Joyann’s performances leave audiences spellbound with every note she delivers. Her raw emotion and undeniable talent always shine through, connecting with listeners on a profound level. Throughout the years, Joyann has graced renowned stages across the country, leaving an indelible mark wherever she performs. Her live shows are a testament to her magnetic stage presence, and it’s no surprise that she has garnered a devoted and growing fanbase.

Not just a gifted vocalist, Joyann is also a formidable songwriter. Her lyrics are introspective, exploring themes of love, heartache, resilience, and personal growth. Combining her insightful storytelling with her rich, soulful melodies, she has created a unique and captivating sound that sets her apart in the industry. Whether she’s leading the Joyann Parker Band or lending her talents to collaborative projects, she consistently elevates the art form and leaves her unique mark on every project she touches.

The Last Waltz - Collective Unconscious

Friday, January 30, 2026 - 7:30 PM CST
Collective Unconscious, the band that set the bar in magnificent album shows brings to life one of the greatest rock concerts of all time, “The Last Waltz.”

The audience will hear hits including “Up on Cripple Creek,” “The Shape I’m In,” “The Weight,” and “The Night they Drove Old Dixie Down,” along with many of their deeper tracks like “Across the Great Divide,” “It Makes No Difference,” “Life is a Carnival,” and “Chest Fever.”

Before it was a three-disc album, “The Last Waltz” was a 1976 farewell concert by The Band, filmed by director Martin Scorsese and made into a documentary of the same name. The concert itself was on Thanksgiving in San Francisco.  The Band, whose members include Levin Helm, Robbie Robertson, Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, and Richard Manuel, were joined on stage by more than a dozen special guests, including Paul Butterfield (“Mystery Train”), Eric Clapton (“Further On Up the Road”), Emmylou Harris (“Evangeline”), Dr. John (“Such a Night), Joni Mitchell (“Coyote”), Van Morrison (“Caravan”), and, of course, the man who made them famous, Bob Dylan (“Baby Let Me Follow You Down,” “Forever Young,” and “I Shall Be Released”).

“The Band” was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. In 2004, Rolling Stone ranked them No. 50 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, and in 2008, The Band received the Grammy’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
